Do not come here! The staff starts out nice, then they do not care about you after you move in!
The air conditioner works once in awhile. Mine has been broke this past few months and they come up with excuses left and right. Your electric bill will be in the hundreds!
You ask for a maintenance request and they explain that everything is fine and makes it seem like it is my fault.
This place needs to fire their manager. She is uncaring, and uncooperative.

That is funny cuz I have never had any trouble with this community. I have lived at many apartment communities in my life and I could tell you some stories about a bad manager. The manager of Lamberton Lake is very nice and has always went of her way to help me. I love living here.

A "broke" air conditioner, yet the electric bill is in the hundreds?
Ok...the credibility meter just hit zero. The staff here for the past few years I've been here have been incredibly nice and responsive with maintenance requests, holding packages in the office, adding amenities and latitude for peopel that want to use the open areas near the lake.
