You can never please everyone, it seem only that only the ones not pleased write..so I am writing a postive review..I have been here coming up 4yrs..nothing but Great...yes there are goose droppings and maybe some dog, only because there are those that do not pick up after there pets..and maybe not in there apartment, but for most they pick up after there pets. and the grounds keeper picks up the googe poop where people walk and on the beach..ya a nice sandy beach on a lake..wow living up North..I put in a work order and it is fix that same day or the next, staff are very friendly and helpful..You will have a hard time finding a better vacation home anywhere
