I've never had such a positive experience in apartment living before. I've lived in three other complexes prior to this and on the whole the nature of apartment living seems to include loud inconsiderate neighbors and grossly incompetent staff. This has not been the case at all at LL Lakes. I've been truly very surprised by how helpful the office has been. They've taken care of everything when I've asked them too, maitenance has always come over immediately when I've had even the most minor of issues. The office staff is friendly and know me by name and are incredibly helpful. I've been here for three months and couldn't be happier. They're just very on top of things and it seems like even when I call to ask if they can take care of something or follow up on something for me, it's already completely taken care of without my having to ask.
