Disgusting and disappointing

I lived in a one bedroom for a year. The price is steep though admittedly they are decently large. I was neither impressed nor disappointed for the first few months, until I had a leak. I was on the bottom of 3 floors. My hallway to my bedroom started showing water spots. I thought nothing of it until I woke up one morning to a wet floor. The water dripping from the ceiling was rust colored and smelled. The spots spread to the living room and it took maintenance a few days just to look at it. They claimed it was a leaking pipe, then a leaking A/C. They fixed it and painted the ceiling. They used a spray can without covering any of my belongings, which then had a nice coat of paint on them, including my computer and TV. Then it started up again and it took another week or so to fix. They didn't get rid of the black mold that was on my ceiling, simply painted over it. When I moved out, the leak had continued to show along the baseboards and the mold was still there. I'm certain they did not fix it before the next tenant moved in 2 days after I moved out, and that it was the roof leaking, not pipes or A/C. I called the housing department of the government, but I don't believe they followed up with anything. I would highly NOT recommend this unless it's a last resort. STAY AWAY!!!!
Also, NO ONE picked up their dog's poopies, there's goose poop all over the grounds, and dead fish in the lake.
