The a/c broke 3 times last summer, always a weekend when my family was there. Keep losing freon, then would lie about what was wrong with it, even knowing that I am a hvac tech. Then they never had the electric transfered into my name when I moved in, and I got stuck with a high prorated bill off last years usage as a model with a broken a/c. Good luck sleeping at nigth when it snows or is windy. They have there parking lot plowed between 12 and 4 am you know when most people try to sleep, and all the cars are there, then they don't come back in the day to clean up when the cars leave and people go to work. Something about how the building is built or the windows are just that bad, that the wind noise when it windy is so loud that you can't sleep in the bedrooms. The grounds you can't use, to full of dog and goose poop, it's to bad it would have been nice. Bumper on the back of my car got scratch for the plow on there tractor this winter. About a mouth ago the maintance man informed me that the shower faucet stems were leaking in to the apartment below me and took out the cieling in there bathroom. I very suprised to here since I put it on my move in ckeck list and it never got fixed, and about two mounths latter I called in a second work request for it they said they would order new handles for the stems so they would have them if they broke. They never did fix it till it took out the cieling below. The management or some one with keys Ha Ha would go into your apartment with no notice. I set up the door so I could tell, makes you think how often this happened before I checked the the last few weeks of my lease. If you like to hear dogs bark 24/7 and poor management this is the place for you.
