Ok Neighborhood. Rent is reasonable. Noise could be an issue with loud neighbors. Luckily we are blessed with quiet neighbors. Appliances are outdated. Our dishwasher is so loud we need to have the T.V. on full volume to hear it when the dishwasher is running. I imagine it will be replaced when we move out in a few weeks. Overall it is pretty decent and I felt safe here. If I was in need of renting again I would probably move back.
