Overall alright place to live. Nothing fancy, do allow cats and not dogs which is nice. Appliances are super outdated. Noisy neighbors that smoke pot, but you can't expect much more for the price you are paying. Overall safety is ok, I wouldn't want to live on the ground floor though. 3rd floor seems the safest. Lived here for 3 years, moving out this summer.
