Northview Harbor sucks more than anyone who hasn't lived here can possibly imagine. $400 for an apartment that I can barely fir my torso inside' And that's with the $50 off a month move-in special. Also, they claim to be pet friendly. That is, if you want to pay $600 a year for a tiny, cute little kitten that the maintenance guy ratted you out to the leasing office about. Not to put to fine a point on it, but the only good thing about this place is that it isn't prison and you can LEAVE whenever you like.

I just had to respond when I read the review above. This is a wonderful complex with great service by their employees. I would recommend it to anyone.

To the first comment, sorry but your response doesn't make sense at all. This is one of the friendliest places to be at-if you are a good tenant-just like any other apartment complex. I happen to think that Northview Harbor is a great place to be at. Where else will you find rates this low, pet friendly AND great maintenance guys who fix what you mess up?
