I am so sorry to hear that you feel NVH is not a nice place to live. I am not sure what style of apartment you live in but it sounds like a studio or bungalow. The sq. footage on these apartments is 430-465 sq. feet. Yes they are small, but they are perfect for someone with a limited budget. With the economy being so tough right now we decided to offer specials on these particular homes so that people could afford a nice place to live. As for the pet, again I am sorry your feel that the maintenance team ratted you out, I can assure you that we at NVH love our pets and we only want what is best for them. The reason the maintenance team told the leasing office that you had a pet was for the safety of your pet. Many pets at times get out and wander the property and we have no idea who they belong to and unfortnately many are taken to the shelter. We at NVH do not want this to happen. We have a photo album of all the registered pets so that in case pets get loose we can find their owners and return them. Yes we do charge a small fee for having a pet and that is a fee of $25 per month, such a little amount to keep our beloved pets is a small price to pay. As stated previously, we love our pets at NVH and we want to keep them safe.

Why you gotta put you as ANONYMOUS when we clearly know who you are? $25 is NOT a SMALL fee to pay. It adds up, you know. If this apartment didn't change for everything imaginable, then yes, it could be a reasonable fee, but you charge for EVERYTHING (trash, water, gas/heat, electric, some stupid administration fee for the water bill) COME ON NOW!! We ain't stupid!!! We know how much money we are paying a month so DON'T tell us it's for the safety of the pets. Like I walk outside and I see A LOT of pets wandering around...mmm hmm right.... And "with this economy" my a$$!!! Charging ALL the utilities POSSIBLE!! That is NOT affordable! NO ONE LIVE HERE. ONCE MY LEASE IS UP, I'M OUT OF HERE LIKE EVERY RESIDENT THAT LIVES HERE!!

I agree, this place is money hungry and they need to stop pretending the give a crap about their residents when it is clear they don't. They charge for everything! This part of the post is laughable "With the economy being so tough right now we decided to offer specials on these particular homes so that people could afford a nice place to live." Haha keep dreaming!

so wait. hOw do you move into a place with a 2 foot by 3 foot hole in your bathroom and NOT have it fixed before you move in? Apparently it wasn't there when you moved in so that means you caused this "massive" hole, therefore you are liable.
Everything I asked of them, they took care of before I moved in.
