The only problem I have had here (that was not my own fault =) was a billing issue early on but that was resolved although it took several months. The new management is most accomodating. The grounds are kept very clean (I have seen maintenance guys cruising around on their golf-cart stop to pick up little pieces of trash) and it feels like a safe environment. I have actually walked around many times during all hours of the day and even early AM walks at some points. The only thing that would make it better would be garages as opposed to car-ports. Comfortable apartments and most of the tenants are relatively friendly. Only one of my neighbors I could do without, but if you try hard enough you will find things wrong anywhere you go. I recommend Northview Harbor.
