I lived in Northview harbor for exactly one year. (that should say it all right there..)Like many others, I needed a place that accepts pets, which provided a limited choice at best. So we decided on this place.

Everything went well for about 2 months, when one day I came out to get my mail and found that one of the spineless slugs in the office had slipped a note under my door saying that I had not been cleaning up after my dog and one more violation would result in my pet being "evicted". I called them right up and informed them that not only had I been cleaning up after my dog, but I had not even recieved the first notice! In a VERY rude tone of voice the lady said "Well, we have the first one on file.".

So I thought "okay whatever." The next month, we got an "eviction" notice, slipped under the door again, and instructions to have our pet gone in 48 hrs. My wife was quite upset. I called the office, and after a 15 minute run around, finally talked to the manager and settled things. I asked who was making the accusations, who was filing the complaints etc.(simply because they were false - I was cleaning up) She would not tell me.
About 2 weeks later, a neighbor told me a strikingly similiar story, and revealed that the maintanence crew were watching her. I checked it out and sure enough, there they were when I walked my dog, talking on 2 ways to someone. I later learned that they acted as sort of "spies", dealing with things from pets, to parking, to party stopping, to you-name-it. They put a nasty note on my neighbor's "undriveable" vehicle THE DAY her tags expired - in the morning! This apartment is perfect for those who don't just want a place to live, but want a MOM and DAD along with it! The maintanence people act as sort of a Gestapo! AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS! LIVE WITH YOUR PARENTS IF YOU HAVE TO!
