Be very careful or you can be in troubles!

The appartments located at the lower level are very could during the winter because the heater vents are at the ceiling leavel.
Make sure they inspect the apartment in your presence before you move out and that you agree with the inspection report. If you don't, indicate this on the inspection report, sign it and keep a copy of it. I paid a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and a $150 refundable lease deposit, and after I moved out, they are using a collection company and are trying to collect about $900 more in damages I don?t agree with and threatening me with affecting my credit record and take me to court if I don?t pay.
