After reading some of the reviews of this property, I had to see for myself. I have lived at Northview for almost a year. And, I also have had problems with my apartment. However, the way the staff has responded has been incredible. Living in an apartment that is over 20 years old, there is always going to be something that will eventually need repair. I can always count on the office and maintenance staff to take care of any problem that has arisen. I had a water leak from the apartment above that soaked my carpet and my futon. The girl from the office called me at work to tell me what was going on, and, they had it cleaned up and finished by the time I got home. What more can you ask for'
It is obvious from reading the other responses, that there was either a personality conflict, or a serious money issue with the people that responded. What, do you think you are going to live in an apartment for free' If you check around, a lot of the communities in this township, charge for water and sewer. I am 4 months from renewal on my apartment, and have already received notices from the office regarding pricing and options. They even offer renewal parties for people interested. I have attened one of them. It was a great way for me to talk to other residents, (who are all happy here) and to get questions answered about pricing and transfers and such.
If you have any doubts about living here, stop and talk to the office staff and see for yourself. They are so friendly and willing to help. I plan on staying for a long time.
