I came to Northview from Texas. I had a job transfer and did not know much about the area. When I moved in the girl in the office, Mia, I think was top notch. SHe was so helpful and made me feel right at home. She gave me a list of things to do in the area and did my move in insection with me. She helped me with ideas for where to put my furniture and actaully took time out of her day to sit and talk with me. Since I know NOBODy in Michigan this really meant alot to me. I had a problem with the lady downstairs being loud and the manager was very responsive to my concern and handeled the situation right away. The office is very friendly and encouraged me to stop by anytime for coffee and cookies. They really make me feel like part of the family.

My apartment is quiet and peaceful. I especially love the nice wooded view. Oh, and I even had my own garden plot by the ravine. I have been very happy.

The service guys ride around on their golf cart while doing maintenace and area always so friendly when I see them.

I have lived in many apartments and this has been my best experience so far. I would highly reccommend for anyone lookin, to make Northview Harbor your home. This is a place you can stay for along time and always bee taken care of.

I am looking to buy a home now and this place has a program that pays part of your closing cost. It's true, I could not believe it either.

My two years here have been great!!!
