I have been a tentant of Northview harbor of more thatn four years, in this time I have had nothing but problems.
I have recently had a baby and live in a two bedroom, nothing seems to work right.
First the dishwaher doesn't work and they say it needs new jets (still waiting to get them fixed). I can't use it to wash my Childs bottles.
Second I have a leak above my slider that hasn't been fixed yet, how do you keep a Crawling child out of a pot of water.
Third, I had a leak and the carpet was soaked, they told me to place a fan over it and it would dry it up, no cleaning crew called( let's talk about mold and must).


My neighbor has experienced several problems of their own.
First, they had a leak in thier ceiling and had several pots and pans containing the water for at least six months.
Second, their slider was jammed and required several people to open it, it took three years for them to relize it only needed a new wheel.
Third and the big one is, their maintance door frame has rotted away and now they share a home with a family of squirrels.

I ask you how safe are these living condisions. we are moving and will not recommend this place to another living sole even if they are hard up for a place to live.

This place isn't worth the time or money.

Make sure to ask them about the late fees!
Our opinion of this place is "THEY CAN GO TO HELL"!
