Very happy..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Right from the get-go, I have been pretty happy with everything here. When I was looking for an apartment, the leasing staff here was the only one that actually took time to find what I wanted, not what would help their occupancy. When we looked at the apartment, it wasn't in and out....we chit chatted about the area and they actually asked me what I was future plans were, which I thought was cool. For example....I transfer a lot because of my job and they have this program where you can transfer to any other aimco apartments in the US to cut paying the lease termination fees.....that will help me a lot. The only complaint I have is that I had to call them out 2 times to fix the same thing, but it ended up being my fault anyway. The grounds always look so nice, and maintenance is always friendly too. I acually stop in the leasing office just to visit sometimes. Like I said, I am really happy here- the service is good and the apartment, though it is old, is in good condition for its age.
