Be very Careful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/30/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   No one would come and inspect the apt. before I moved out and they are no making me pay $1500.00 in damages. Some of the charges are, $65 for a garbage disposal that they knew was not working, $400.00 for ruined carpeting from when my A/C leaked all over the place and they knew about that too. The maintenence staff was never on time, and it took them 3 days to fix my A/C. I had to live in my bedroom for those days. No deal for the outrageuos price they charge. I had 4 different dishwashers put in because they kept breaking or leaking. The property manager is not very nice at all, and that is putting it nicely.
