When you first apply for an apartment the staff is very friendly. Once you?re in it?s a whole other story. I had a problem with my central air and they said it?s working correctly when it?s not. It never shuts off so electric bill in the summer is over $200.00 a month. Also if you don?t want your business known be careful. When I first moved in the property manager was telling me personal information about specific tenants they were trying to evict. That is supposed to be confidential. In my group of buildings there are 12 units. In a 1 1/2 month period 7 of the renters are moving out. All because of the unprofessional harrassment of the property manager. I have 9 brothers and sisters. In the last 20 years 6 or 7 of us have lived here at one time or another, but never has it ever been this bad. Until they replace and properly retrain NEW management no one will be happy here. They are people AIMCO should be ashamed to have working for them. I never saw my actual apartment until I moved in i saw their model apartment. The day I moved in there were stains on the carpet and they never would clean it. Appliances are old and refrigerator leaks all the time. In my opinion,...Be afraid,. Be VERY afraid! Stay away from this complex.

Yes, I lived there too, and the carpet was a bad issue. For me the carpet was just plain very nasty. When I moved in, it was as if they put pudding or something sticky in the clean water tank of the carpet cleaner and then proceded to clean my carpet. The result-when I moved into my apartment, the carpet was dry but krispy, kind of like when you put too much hair gel on and spike it. Only who knows what was in this carpet??? I don't want to know. I think they also had mold problems there. Because I became very sick. Also, this one nieghbor continually harassed me and one day wanted to borrow my car. That was the day I left.

I lived there back in the late 1990's, and it wasn't a place I wanted to stay in for long. The carpet in the entrance way was never cleaned and smelled. The appliances were old and my refrigerator kept breaking down. The fix they provided only lasted temporarily. The neighbors were pigs, played loud music at night and had a little dog that barked incessently. Not recommended.
