I had moved in about a month ago. I read some of the other comments before I started my own and I agree with some but not all. The leasing staff was wonderful in helping me. I did have a problem finding my carport after the leasing agent told me, but I called and asked again and I found it. Yes we have to pay for our utilities but I would rather set my own temperture and regulate my bill then have it the same temp. all the time. The apartments are a little aged but they are built better than newer communities. I was also very happy to move in a place that is pet friendly. I have a Shi-Tzu. There are some residents who don't pick up after there pets but you can't blame that on the office staff.
I have not talked to the manager because he doesn't seem very friendly to anyone. The maintenance staff does a good job. Over all I rate Northview Harbor a 7.
