I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, I have been pleased overall. There are some downsides, such as an extremely nosey eye patched, peg leg neighbor who likes to play police and turn people in for expired tags, too many pets and such. My neighbors above and beside me are great, they are truly friends, my dog is great friends with their dogs, and all is well. We have had your typical crazy, screaming in the night, engine revving, bass blasting neighbors, but they never last too long. Our pond view is great, you do not even see another patio really, just trees and birds. Very peaceful. I will be here for a while I think!
