My apartment got broken into, office did nothing. Cops were there often, car was damaged in lot once. Never enough parking, neighbors were loud, never cleaned up after their dogs, and would bombard the hallways with cigarette smoke. Halls would only get vacuumed every couple of weeks and walls and doors would get continuously dirtier. Our apartment had roaches and wasps. Fridge leaked and had to be serviced multiple times. Office treated us like a nuisance and even harassed us because a neighbor complained about his unwarranted fear of our dog.
