Prison might be a better living enviroment than the one managment provides at Northview Harbor. The apartment was spacious but during the warm months smelled like cat urine in different areas a problem which maintance wouldnt correct and was further complicated by the fact that maintance also couldnt seem to get it right when they came (6x in one summer) to fix the air. My car was broken into 3x. Managment was horrible and unethical and w/o a shred of integrity.
