We had multiple issues during our stay.
When we cleaned our apt on move-in I found legos, dinner plates, trash, rawhide bones, cat litter, and so much dog hair I had to buy new vac bags.
Air conditioner took 3 months to get working properly (summer isn't that long).
Neighbor very loud w/ a barking dog (12 hrs/day sometimes). Management did nothing and treated us like WE were the problem and TOLD us that even though she was in violation of her laese they would do nothing about it.
Dryer vent clogged for 1 month, couldn't use the dryer.
Utilities are extremely high due to poor insulation and poor materials.
Management is rude and lazy, good luck getting them to do anything.
