Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008
 
Personally, believe the place has become a dump. Lived there for nearly a decade and have watched it slowly deteriorate into an unkempt dated hole. Noisy neighbors and dogs evrywhere. If you enjoy college parties and stepping in dog crap it might be the place for you. Staff is friendly enough and they will respond quickly when something is broken.
