If you know whats good for you and your family, DO NOT MOVE INTO NORTHVIEW HARBOR APARTMENTS! The staff is rude and they don't put any effort into the upkeep of the complex. It's noisy, dirty, run down and we've had our cars broken into on more than one occasion. The washers and dyers NEVER work, the face's of the buildings are filthy and covered in dirt and spider webs, lights are dangling, and the landscaping is awful (except of course in front of the leasing office). We had one maintainence man cuss out my little brother when he was visiting and acuse him of leaving dog poop everywhere and forced him to clean up every pile in the yard. One manager, Jan, is a cold hearted ----- who refuses to help any residents who don't kiss her ass. Please! help us run them out of business! DON'T MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
