The staff is wonderful Here....Easy to talk to, polite and fun-loving! I've only been here for a year and a half, but I feel like they are old friends that I've known for years. I'm from a small town and grew up around nice people like this. I'll really miss them when I have to move back home.
As far as the complex itself, I believe it's first rate! It's close to great shopping, gas stations,etc. etc. Summer-time there's a nice pool. The complex staff has had a nice variety of activities like pet shows and chili cook offs and Hawiian get-togethers! Can't say enough good about the place! So if you're looking for a nice place to live, I highly reccomend Northview harbor! If you decide to live here Tell them Scot sent you!! You won;t regret it!!!

This was either written by a staff member or was a (paid) endorsement from a tenant. It definately sounds a bit 'over the top'.

Well you're wrong.I've been working in Grand Rapids installing the windows sytem on the Riverplace condos .Everything I said in my post is true and is not over the top. You must be from another apartment staff otherwise you wouldn't have signed your name anonymous!!
