When I was looking for an apartment a year ago, I looked at several places. Having lived at Northview Harbor 15 yrs ago while building a house, I came back to check it out and decided to return. I have found the staff to be very responsive to any and all requests. My particular building is very quiet.
Let's face it, there are a number of complexes around that are newer and may offer a more modern, updated floor plan, but if you value the whole package, asopposed to one particular thing, Northview Harbor offers a good deal. If you want to live on the NE side of town, you might not find a better location. the surrounding neighborhood is quiet, solid middle class and for someone like me who takes regular walks, a great area to walk.
This past winter had some brutal snowstorms. With very few exceptions, my walkway and the parking area were shoveled, salted and plowed by the time I left at 7:15 am.
I recently assisted a friend who was apt. shopping and took her through Northview Harbor. She wanted to be on the NE side, so we looked at 6 complexes in the general area. Long story short, she settled on Northview Harbor, again due to the whole package and not just one thing. The final deal she got was incredible, with the 1st months rent covered and a great discount for the remainder of the lease period. The day before she moved in, the entire apt. got new carpet.
