I've been living here for just a little bit and I have to say that it's been okay so far. I didn't like how the model room that is shown to us is a two bedroom so when I moved into my one bedroom, I didn't know what to really expect. It is smaller than I thought it would be. The neighbors are quiet. I can hear the occasional dog barking, or the movement upstairs but at night, it is really quiet. When I first moved in, we had to have maintainance come in and fix some things. He came the day after and then again the next day but the cabinet that he had to fix didn't look any different. I called the front office to ask about the referral program and how much a two bedroom would be for my friends and the lady (Jane) was quite rude about it. Because no utilites are included, i think it's stupid that you have to pay $35 a month if you get a washer and dryer, because hello!!! You are paying for all the utilities so why the heck would they make you pay $35 a month'!'!' You have you buy your own washer and dryer too and you are only using their hookup thing. I don't get that at all! The parking is not that great. I mean the carport is fine but I have two cars to park and my one car is not in the carport and it is hard to find a place to park close to the unit. One of my neighbors is a creeper, looking at my dog and see if she can say anything bad about what the dog is doing which is annoying! But all in all, the apartment so far has been alright and quiet.Wish the rooms were bigger though and NO utilities are included!!

I think it is $35 if you have them install their w/d. But if you bring in your own, there shouldn't be a monthly charge. As for Jane, I agree, rude is the perfect verb. Good Luck!!

Ohhh that's why! They didn't tell me that about the w/d but doesn't matter, I didn't get an apt with it

jane is a POS and yeah the charges for water and utilities are as much as my moms whole house
