We have lived here for about two years and now we are done. This place is not the worst place we have ever lived, but I think it is heading downhill. When we first moved in there was different management who were great, now we have to deal with this awful lady named Jane in the leasing office. I got literally screamed at by this woman because my dog had gotten off his leash while I was walking him. As I am trying to catch him to put him back on his leash, I had this ridiculous woman screaming at me. She and the rest of her staff have been on numerous occasions very rude and lazy. The grounds are nice and the apartments are not bad. We did have a couple of weeks when people were breaking into our cars, but that is the only safety issue. They charge for water, sewage, and trash when no other apartment in the world does and are getting more and more money hungry. I would say look elsewhere and use Northview Harbor as a last resort. Also, it is pet friendly, but I was told that it may become non-pet soon (which would suck if you already lived here). Good luck!
