Hi. My name is Jayne and I m the property Manager of Northview Harbor Apartments. I want to take this time to thank you for the compliment on our grounds, our grounds are superb. I don t recall any situation where I screamed at anyone. The only thing that could have possibly happened is that the dog got off the leash and I sternly told the resident to get the dog on a leash. Those who know me know that I am a very positive upbeat person. We are and will continue to be pet friendly; all we ask is that residents keep their dogs on a leash and pick up after them so that we can keep our grounds looking beautiful.

Regarding Miss Heather's review below this post, I do ask that since I cannot recall the situation, I would appreciate it if you would call me so we can discuss this. I value resident opinions (past and present) and want you to have a positive view of our wonderful Northview Harbor Team.

Jayne, if you call your "stern voice" not yelling, then everyone saying you are yelling are stupid!! It's not like the FIRST morning I was here, my dog ran out of the my apartment and I was greeted with a happy face and a woman telling me every so gently to put my dog back on a leash. It's not like my a$$ running around, chasing after the dog, doesn't look like I'm trying to put her back on the leash. No, that was NOT what I was doing!!! I'm just simply playing in the bushes with my dog, folicking in the BEAUTIFUL grass and trees in the backyard. And I want my dog to be free with me. So next time you see a resident, looking like he/she is chasing after his/her dog without a leash, it's not like they are trying to get them back inside the apt or trying to get control of him. No, they are just doing that for fun to piss you off!! So next time, you should YELL at them. Don't be afraid!! Using you stern voice won't do any good!!

this place is a joke and jane is a b i t ch. when i moved in my capret was disusting, i had a 2'x3' hole in my downstairs bathroom ,and now i moved out and they wanna charge me 500$ for what? i'll see them in court, i have pics with dates, and maint men statements... yeah hope they have a good ratainer on a lawer
