Oakview Apartments

Not bad, but not entirely good either From: Truth_Legend Date posted: 5/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The Apartment was really big, and the heat was free, but there are alot of kids outside running around...I don't know what you expect living in an apartment complex with children. At least they are outside getting some fresh air. It was very noisy, and police was there often, and it was really ghetto. I didn't really like or dislike the property. They didn't really resolve problems quickly, but I moved to one of their sister properties and I love it here. One of the trees fell on my car and totaled it, and they could care less about the situation it left me in. They needed to do a better job at maintaing the property. They didn't even offer to help pay for the damages the tree on their property did to my car that was on their parking lot.
