I lived in this apartment right after I got married. We picked it for price and size. We became good friends with neighbors, had some problems with noise and maintenance; however after we left the property was bought by another management company. They are working to overhaul the place - it seems they started with great customer service. The representative was incredibly helpful, friendly, and excited about the new programs they had put in place including a neighborhood watch and partnership with police in an effort to create a good community, new windows, new paint and a bunch of other stuff... I drive past it - and from what I can see they are improving it. Five years later and they were willing to help me out with records even though I was moving. I recommend that you at least consider it - and look at the dates when people lived there - the most recent are the most likely to experience the results of a massive overhaul - plus usually people write to complain. Honestly, it is unusual for me to write an apartment rating at all - but the consultant I called was INCREDIBLY helpful.
