Close to downtown, in great shape, heat & air, staff is nice, has appliances including a dishwasher. Its really a nice place. Im goin on 2 years now and I still love it. The only problem I ever had is that I get home from work at night and the outside light was out, I called the staff about it and it was replaced by the next night. My sister liked my place so much she actually moved in to an apt across the street. Oakview is a pretty safe neighborhood too.
