Yes, the management is bad. I sometimes had to park on the street, and my car was broken into.
I got my bike stolen out of a storage room in the basement. The manager basically said 'tough luck'.
No one was very happy there. Everyone complains.
If you live on the courtyard side, it will get noisy.
I lived across the hall from a registered sex offender. There was a very bad domestic situation in another apartment, too.
Oh, yeah...I lived on the West side during summer and my place was like a greenhouse, an oven really. It sucked.
It was once a beautiful place. Go look at it, but don't live there!
