The Oakwood Manor has a neighboring building with the same managing team called, the Hillmount. HELLmount sucks so bad I don?t even know where to start. First, security is horrible. Dim lights in the parking lot make it easy for anyone to hide out. Coming home at night is scary walking to the door alone- there is absolutely no security. All residents are required to have a phone and pay for it because of their stupid, outdated intercom system. If you lock yourself out, there is a $25 charge just to have management get off their butts to hand you a loner key. Parking is a nightmare. The management constantly threatens to have cars towed that do not belong to residents to save spots for us but never do anything about it. We were lucky if we had heat and hot water and a plowed driveway in the winter.
