The prices for downtown apts are ridiculously high. Oakwood isn't bad at all, all my utilities were included. It's better than like the place by the river - (everything echoes in the halls), or right dntwn, if you're rich, go for it! I lived on the 6th floor & the view was incredible to say the least. The staff is pretty good (friendly), parking is ok and your neighbors are decent!
