I recommend very strongly to stay away from the Hillmount. They have stopped taking care of things around the building like vaccuuming the floors in the hallway. My car was stolen from the parking lot. My car that I got to replace that one had the hubcaps stolen. They control the heat in the wintertime. Some winters its cold some winters its not. The manager is some rude olive oil looking 3 pack a day smoker lady. She is very rude about things that you tell her. The other staff there are rude as well. They seem to fire anyone who is nice. You cant put a air conditioner up cause the windows are verticle and they need a special type which costs $600 and really isnt worth it. There is quite a bit of crime in the area people have been murdered in the surrounding streets. Down Cherry towards Madison is a outdoor drug flea market. There are constantly 10 people out there selling drugs at all times. The parking situation is terrible as well. Unless you are lucky and get a parking space you have to park out on the street. Sometimes quite a ways away as well. The will always up your rent at least $25 every time you renew your lease.
