This place is great, I don't know what that last guy was talking about. But I know who he is, he used to be a maintenance guy here, but they fired him for using drugs, and he also drank on the job, and ended up stealing stuff from peoples apartments. The "olive skin" manager, is a nice lady, of Spanish Decent. She doesn't smoke three packs a day, which is more than I can say about the last guy who wrote in. The views on the top three floors are spectacular. There is no problem with drugs that I've seen, but I've only been here for three years. The hallways are verywell maintained, which can't be easy because there is a lot of them. I don't what more to say, nice clean apartments. Ample parking, relaxed atmosphere with comfortable lobby. This place is elegant yet affordable, and the staff isn't too hard on the eyes either.
