Love the OAKWOOD

I love living here. If your looking for an apartment and you want to live downtown, then its simple. You could :
A: Live here
B: Live somewhere that will cost you $1,000 a month.
C: Live on the streets dealing crack, or at one of those $200 a month ---- holes.
Wondering why this place rocks' Here's why:
1. Proximity, 5 mins from GRCC, GVSU, the Arena, the museums etc.
2. Price for what you would pay in some hick city, you get gorgeous apartments with great views and usually wood floors, (mine is anyway) .
3. Laundry room has 8 washers and 8 dryers ready to use, they even have vending machines to fuel that 4am chocolate attack.
4. There is a large parking garage available.
5. Your in the historical Heritage Hill.
To conclude this place rocks some serious @$$! I love it here, and if you dont check it out, then...fine I will get all my friends to live here too.
