The person who wrote in on 3/18 is probably my noisy neighbor and her boyfriend who play music at all hours of the night. I heard her complaining (as usual) about the building and she was pist at the manager cause she got cited for parking in the loading area over night. She has even parked in my carport twice. I hope she leaves because she's just trouble anyways.

I am the authour on 3/18. I have never parked in a carport. I wrote that I have to park accross the street and down the block. Parking aside, it's still crap. My radiatior is still broken. I work early morning so the load music isn't me either. If you have a complaint about your neighbors see if the managment will deal w/ it. It took the police to deal with mine.

I was looking in to purchasing a condo at the Hillmont and i can say i am not impressed. Their marketing and logos and style attract but up to $140,000 for a condo with steel 100 yr old windows with 16th in glass no central air but you can have a window unit special for their windows at a cost of 600 $$$. I was talking with one of the ladies in the office on the main floor and heard the steel window banging against the window frame and the heater ticking away. I am a home owner and i can say there is little here to get excited about. Oh, if you live on one of the levels other than the first you have to get a lift to raise your couches and furniture that won't fit in the regular sized elevator.
