I lived at Oakwood for almost two years working at St. Marys. The heritage hill neighborhood is pretty nice, plus I was only a few blocks from work. Rent is really reasonable with heat and electric included. I lived on the 6th floor overlooking downtown. The few sunsets I did view were amazing. I have referred a few friends in the area to Oakwood since I have moved out. And I have one friend who lives on the corner of the 4th floor right now. As far as I know, they enjoy living there. The staff is very friendly and maintenance was not bad either. Oakwood is definitely worth checking out since it is such a covenant location.
