This used to be a great place because the entire staff was D-good! Now there's a new manager and this guy doesn't know squat about assisting residents. He's either never in the office or it saids open & isn't, or he's out to lunch for hours! The other ladies in the office are helpful (Thank God)& the maintenance guy is pretty good but someonbe has got to do something about this new guy. As I said, he just doesn't get it or never seems to care!
