Very close to downtown with a short walk in the summer or cheap cab fair in the winter. Building is shaped in a "U" but those with units on the interior side don't really hear neighbors unless there is a small party. Seems like a lot of college students own units but also young perfessionals and the occasional small family. Parking is not the greatest after 10pm but street parking was never out of eyesight of the building. To have an air conditerioner the rent increased an extra $25 a month but water, heat, and electricity were all paid for in rent. Freight elevator was perfect for moving because it had opening to the exterior of the building as well as every floor. Grounds were kept well except for after winter when the parking lot had larger pot holes than the lunar surface but were usually fixed not too long after summer started.
