I rented an efficiency and the room is nice. I ordered DSL internet and the wiring was so bad that multiple technicians had to come out and I still don't have the speed I asked for. The elevator refuses to work after Midnight and being on the seventh floor of the building, riding a bike, and being told not to lock it up outside (in the back parking lot) makes it very hard for me to return to the comfort of my apartment after a night of drinking. I have called the office concerning all my issues and only one has been resolved (part of a wall left unpainted). The manager has returned one of my calls and basically told me that he would do nothing concerning the elevator. I think my next step is to notify the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

The Wiring in the building sucks, I have the same problem with DSL as well, the elevator works 75% of the time, but the 25% you've got 8 bags of groceries in ur car and its a pain.
