I've lived here two years to date they/
cut my free cable, tryed to raise my rent,
threatended to tow my legal car after the first day it was hit in the frount and awaiting aprasal.Yet 5 abondoned cars sit in parking lot for the hole 2 years I've lived hear.I come home after a long day of work to neibors that party loudly and with freinds that take all the parking till 3-4 in the morning.every time I call abought noise they send an eldery man with a broken hering aid that cant hear the music or yeling.then trys to tell me there is a baby upstairs.'.I've called maintance that/ drives around in lifted trucks and doing durn-outs till the rearend is fish tailing around the parked cars(of the partyers no- dout), when they get in-with thier personal key as I shower, they are loud-rude-insalting and non productive.Mostly blameing what ever problem I have on me or my wife.I have ants with wings that are coming out of my 4yr olds bed room wall/ they cover the whole room and are baited to die some day as Ive been told(by the apt-pros). when it rains the master bed room floods and smells like mold and old wet carpet. the fix was to place a pice of plastic up on outer wall.(still leaks)
Though it is funny to see the man running from the office to dig a runoff when it rains now. I call it (old plumming apartments). We have hade 3 majer leaks/that Ive fixed when theyve failed to do so. doors and windows with gaps, pavement cracked and uneven, persons stabed out frount, people have stoled things from cars, dumsters often over flowing and yard is littered.
