Excellent apartment complex

Would not have lived at Old Orchard for almost 5 years unless I was satisfied with my apartment, the management staff and the maintenance team.
Rentwise, the apartments are an excellent value for the money. Have found it necessary to ask management for repairs on 3 occasions and those repairs were each done satisfactorily on the same day as the request. The grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped, and new owners are putting a lot of money and effort into the complex.
