Old Orchard is a good complex in a great location. Even though they are older apartments, they are in great condition. It is withing walking distance of just about anything you would need. the grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. they have been making many updates to the complex recently with new balconies and siding along with roofs. their maintenance staff is on top of any problem i have come across no matter what time i call it in. every one i have spoken to here has always had a smile on their face
