These apartments were meant to be nice but I think they will let ANYONE move into them. Everyone that lives here has tons of kids and they ride their bikes and play in between the vehicles. When a maintenance issue is addressed you get the run around and there is always some sort of delay. The leasing office doesn't even have any record of you calling when you follow up with them after waiting for days thinking they are working to address the issue. The pesty animal situation is an issue all in itself. We can smell wet dog in our apartment and are pet fee. If you like to see litter all over the grounds and overflowing dumpsters this is the place to live and not only that your hallway into your apartment will get cleaned once a month and is filthy with trash and debris the same day that it was cleaned. The neighbors play their loud music until all hours of the night. Residents also like to store trash on their balcony for weeks... very attractive epecially after their monsterous dog has eaten it.
