This is an overall nice apartment. The staff is very helpful but the price is to much. Half of the complex is next a bad area and the other is on the nice side of town. So drive around the whole complex before you decide. Neighbors are inconsiderate of those around them and people drive extremely fast through the parking lot. So if you have kids make sure they stay away from that area. They also play their car stereos extremely loud. Staff takes care of maintanance problems quickly and really keep the grounds looking nice. In the time I have lived here, I have seen a fire and seen two cars who had their whells stolen.
