Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! Nothing but problems...with neighbors, dogs, office staff, things falling apart in the apartment. Can't wait to get the hell out of here. If you like paper thin walls, noisy neighbors, and an uncaring office staff, then by all means, Welcome to Oxford Place.
